Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is a hanging shot blasting machine?

The machine consists of main body, separator, elevator, filter, turbines, cyclone and control panel. The turbine target areas are covered with manganese steel and other places with a special rubber tire. Mechanical turbines placed on the main body by hanging blasting machine provides bombardment and provides cleaning of the materials. Cleaning is done by steel ball bombardment in turbines. During the bombardment, sand and dust extracted from steel surfaces from the material surfaces are poured into the helix. The balls and sands in the helix are poured into the elevator from there to the separator. The steel balls cleaned in the separator are transferred back to the turbines and the large pieces coming out of the separator are kept in the cyclone and the powders from the cyclone are kept in a dry type jet pulse filter. Fresh air is discharged with a fan. Automatic hanger shot blasting machine also has double hanger system. The first hanger system is subjected to cleaning in the machine, while the second hanger system makes the other materials ready for processing.

  • Why should our company and products be preferred?

Sandblasting machines are machines that are exposed to high levels of wear as they blast the surface of the sandblasted parts. Therefore, the criteria that are effective in making decisions for our customers are:    Sandblasting performance with SA2,5 surface quality and required roughness value  Designing the machine correctly and producing it with quality workmanship  Made of high-quality materials with high abrasion resistance  Spare parts are standard and can be delivered from stock  Service - maintenance requests can be met in a short time

  • Does the surface cleaning have TSE and international standard?

Yes. Surface cleaning values are evaluated according to ISO 8501-1: 1998 and TSE EN ISO 8501-1 standard.

  • What are the surface cleaning values according to ISO 8501-1?

    Sa 1 < 80% Slightly cleaned -- Sa 2 80% Well cleaned -- Sa 2.5% 96 Very well cleaned  -- Sa 3 99% Complete cleaned.
